It appears Colton Haynes and ex Jeff Leatham are possibly seeking to reconcile their “irreconcilable differences,” according to Gus Kenworthy.
In October of last year, Haynes and Leatham married — Kris Jenner officiated — but Colton filed for divorce six months later.
Speaking to US Weekly, Gus Kenworthy, a close friend of the couple, said they’re “working on things.”
Kenworthy added the pair is in a “good place” but doesn’t know if they’ll be getting back together.

“I mean, I don’t know if it’s really my place to speculate,” he said, adding, “I believe [Colton] told me that they’re working on things.”
“I think that they’re in a good place. I don’t know if they’re back together or if they’re not going to be together, but I think that they’re in a good place.”
After initial rumors circulated in May that Leatham had cheated, Haynes posted to Twitter:

As well as unfollowing Leatham on Instagram and taking down all photos of the couple from his feed, Haynes deleted the word “husband” from his bio and de-hyphenated his name from Haynes-Leatham.

I’m surprised that the other commentators are so condemning of the brief marriage of Mr. Haynes and Mr. Leatham. Now that we can also legally marry, did we really expect that LGBTQ’s would totally escape the pitfalls of the straight recently marrieds? How many times have we shaken our heads at the hijinks of the young married straight community or the impermanence of their unions? We are hardly the community that should be cynical and condemning when we used to personify faithless and brief interpersonal relationships, and we used to object to straights laughing because we couldn’t be true to one another. For one, I lament that the union of my brothers has ended with an unfortunate illicit combination. I wish my brothers well, and hope that they can continue their liaison on a more solid footing in the future… RobtheElder

Plenty of people straight or gay get married and divorced every single day and nobody gives a damn.

I am happy to see all the news on Mr. Haynes. I would be happy to see an article a day. I would be happier with pictures of him with his shirt off. Like all relationships. Take them off the front page, and out of the public eye. This is your life, not your job. If you want a relationship that works, work on it in private. When and if you become a strong private couple, then and only then, move into your public life…slowly. Again, you public life, not your public job. It’s hard work, so go to work. Then come home, be at home. It will take years, literally years.
