Gus Kenworthy and his boyfriend Matt Wilkas just took an impromptu romantic in Italy and we’re totally jelly.
It all started when Kenworthy flew to Italy for Milan Fashion Week, where he was slated walk in his first show ever for designer Philipp Plein.
At the last minute, however, Gus was cut from the lineup. He posted a photo of himself stuffing his face with pizza along with the caption: “I was supposed to walk a Milan Fashion Week runway yesterday. Two hours before the show started they cut me from it. Sooo basically I just flew 4,000 miles to eat pizza.”
Never one to let a bad moment get the best of him, Gus called up his boyfriend and invited him to come and join him for a romantic getaway in Venice.
