Tucker Carlson may be pissed that he has to learn how to pronounce Kamala Harris‘s name correctly now that he’s going to be whining about her nonstop for the next 83 days, but perhaps nobody is more disturbed by Joe Biden picking Harris as his running mate than Mike Pence.

I know I’m going to get hate for this but I always found Kamala very underwhelming on the debate stage. She got one huge hit in on Joe Biden and then got destroyed by Tulsi Gabbard. Sure she’s good when she has her answers prepped but she flounders if you bring up anything else. I actually think a debate between Kamala and Pence would be close which is slightly worrying ?

you can not possibly think Mike Pence will bring up anythig she cant handle. They will be using the same snark this administration has already used over and over. If it had been elizabeth Warren it would b all kinds of attempts to call her pocahontas and asking about her tribe so there will be NO surprises for Kamal but it will be fun if she asks him about his thoughts on Gay AMericans and their spouses. His views of women should be funny to hear too

@barryaksarben O I’m not saying Pence is some wiz kid at the debating but any means. But you’ve got to admit Kamala has some black spots that he could definitely hit her on. That she was hit on in the Democratic debates and she had no answer for. I’m just saying a debate between them makes me nervous and I hope she’s better prepared than in the Democratic debate. That one shot from Tulsi effectively ended her campaign.

Tulsi couldn’t even get to 1% and Harris was the attorney general for the largest state in the country, whereas Pence can’t even string together a real seance without sounding like he is about to have a panic attack.

If you follow politics, you’ll know the VP Pence will not be condescending, rude, or raise his voice. He will present the facts in a calm manner as this is the type of man he is. It’s going to be interesting how Sen. Harris will relate as she sometimes gets very frustrated and then starts raising her voice. I didn’t like the way she treated Biden at the debates, Kavanaugh at his hearing and definitely didn’t like what she did as The top dog of California. Like many on both sides state, she’s looking out for herself and always looking for that bigger prize. Again, Interesting!!!

My dream debate protocol is like that of France; the final two candidates face each other and have a timer-imposed equal air time in a free flowing debate over 3 HOURS. Someone like Trump would flounder within minutes, unable to marshall up even the most basic of facts – and prevented from hogging airtime. Nor would the topics of debate be restricted in any way. If you understand French, it a great lesson in true democracy to see this chess game debate phenomenon where anyone who doesn’t master the topics comes off as phoney.

I’m thrilled she’s on the ticket and will someday be President, and we’ll all be better off for it. Wouldn’t be surprised if Trump throws pence under the bus and gets his own woman vp. Also predicting that his wife Melanoma will file for divorce after the election, slap him in the face with her Pre-nup and take the son back to the Balkans. At the time the President will claim to have hardly known her, barely met at a few social events, but the big question is: what will it take for Ms. Graham to come out?

Personally I think memes like this lower the bar for Pence, and raise the stakes for Harris. They’re actually not helpful, funny as they may be. I just hope she is preparing for all the possible attacks she might encounter, and that she hammers Pence for being an active accessory to Don the Con’s murderous ineptitude and treason. 166,000 Americans are dead from Covid-19, 5+ million have been infected, and the toll keeps mounting. At the same time under Don the Con, the US economy, which had shifted into recession in February 2020, before Covid-19, has now cratered, and the GOP just twiddles its thumbs and does nothing as people face eviction, starvation, illness, and death. The US’s global alliances have frayed, our society is spinning out of control as it did in the 1980s, and the US’s enemies (Russia, China, North Korea, etc.) are actually being empowered by the chaos Don the Con has created. Biden and Harris, like the majority of the US, will have to face down walking, breathing disasters in the from of Don the Con and Pence, and defeat them, or we might not have a country left to consider.
