By now, Harry Styles is as good at deflecting (or creating) cheeky gay rumors as he is at causing 13-year-old girls’ (or boys’) hearts to melt into hormonal sludge at the mere flip of his hair.
But even Harry wasn’t prepared for the recent hoax National Examiner cover story alleging a hush-hush sexual relationship with none other than President Obama.
Are you listening, Aaron Sorkin? This has the makings of the best follow-up episode of The West Wing we’ve ever seen.
The gang was asked about the affair backstage at the BBC Music Awards. Via the Gay UK:
How about we take this to the next level?
Our newsletter is like a refreshing cocktail (or mocktail) of LGBTQ+ entertainment and pop culture, served up with a side of eye-candy.
When Harry, 20, was quizzed about the affair at last night’s BBC Music Awards he seemed unaware of the rumour replying, “I honestly have no idea what you’re talking about” before he then added, after a quick explanation: “I’ve heard some good ones in my time, but that’s interesting.”
Liam added: “Wow, it’s all getting a bit political!” Louis then joked: “So, does that give you some power in the White House then?” as Harry said: “Yeah, maybe.”
Here’s video of the bandmembers’ reactions:
Another day in the life of Harry Styles.

Obama should be so lucky.
Bad Ass Biker
I, for one, am really getting very tired of this nonsense. I have been out and active in the Chicago gay scene for 40 plus years and I have never met anyone claimed to have had sex with President Obama. But I am willing to bet that if Ted Cruz is still in politics for a few more years he will eventually be caught with a boy friend or a rent boy.

It’s the National Enquirer. He does it too much credit by even dignifying it with a response.
Mack
National Enquirer is the biggest rag around. Fox News is second.
SteveDenver
The National Enquirer got it all wrong!
It’s not Harry Styles, it’s Justin Bieber who has been hounding President Obama for a date, but Obama isn’t interested. Meanwhile the first daughters are on the outs with dad since they heard about it, but it isn’t his fault he has an idiot stalker who drunk dials in the middle of the afternoon.
Desert Boy
The “gay” rumors have orbited Obama since he was in the U.S. senate. Who knows if it’s true or not? Like Tallulah Bankhead said, “He’s never sucked my c o c k”.
Garrett
FIRST: This was in the National EXAMINER, not the Enquirer. (So, actually, it worse than the Enquirer.
SECOND: He likes white ass. He doesn’t care what gender it is.
THIRD: Other than Mrs O, who cares. Political wives overlook lots of crazy. Look at what Hillary and Jackie tolerated.

Conservative politicians and the right-wing gutter press have always attempted to slur their opponents with gay rumours. The tradition goes way back and, interestingly (since it says more about the accusers than anything else), hasn’t changed even as public attitudes to homosexuality have changed. What’s more, they do it in just about every western democracy. It happens in the UK and Australia with boring regularity. Tellingly, it’s usually the opponents they fear most that they try the “gay slur” on. And the more popular their subject, the more outrageous the slur. Sometimes it’s the gutter press that manufactures the rumours, but very often they start as whisper campaigns at the grass-root level of politics. It’s a great way of generating hate and consolidating support. Curiously, it’s almost exclusively the right who indulges in this practice. I’m guessing that’s because their followers naturally fear the other, lean towards paranoia, and operate more from personal and emotional positions than any kind of coherent ideology. The Harry-Obama allegation may well be the most ludicrous thing you’ve ever heard, but I guarantee there will be mad Republicans everywhere who will instantly believe it and repeat it as fact forever more. In that sense it will have done it’s job.

@Bad Ass Biker: He probably keeps it restricted to a few discreet lovers who are smart enough to keep it quiet. Male or female. There’s no way he’s in love with his wife!

Every knows Obama likes white men and his marriage to Michelle is one of convenience.

@Bad Ass Biker:
Yeah…it’s ridiculous. This rumor has been there and I see the tags still trying to play it up every now and then but there’s no truth to it. The Chicago gays I know who run in the circles that would know if there was any truth to that said its a load of bull. But ya know…whatever delusions people need to keep stoking who am I to stop them?

You have to admit they’d make a nice couple.

Is it really so awful if the man is bi? Isn’t that inclusive in LGBT?
From the KANSAS CITIAN:
During Barack Obama’s tenure as the president of the Harvard Law Review in the late 1980s, at least two male student editors complained to colleagues and senior university officials about inappropriate behavior by Obama, ultimately leaving their positions at the journal, multiple sources confirm to THE KANSAS CITIAN.
The men complained of sexually suggestive behavior by Obama that made them angry and uncomfortable, the sources said, and they signed agreements with the university that gave them financial payouts to leave the journal. The agreements also included language that bars the men from talking about their departures.
Funny how you guys are determined that Obama being bi is the worst of sins.
From the KANSAS CITIAN:
In a series of comments over the past 10 days, Obama and his administration repeatedly declined to respond directly about whether he ever faced allegations of sexual harassment at the journal. They have also declined to address questions about specific reporting confirming that there were financial settlements in two cases in which men leveled complaints.
THE KANSAS CITIAN has confirmed the identities of the two male journal editors who complained about Obama but, for privacy concerns, is not publishing their names.
White House spokesman Jay Carney told THE KANSAS CITIAN the president indicated to White House staff that he was “vaguely familiar” with the charges and that the university’s general counsel had resolved the matter.
Obama was president of the Harvard Law Review from late-1988 to mid-1989. THE KANSAS CITIAN learned of the allegations against him, and over the course of several weeks, has put together accounts of what happened by talking to a lengthy roster of former university officials, current and past students and others familiar with the workings of the journal at the time Obama was there.
In one case, THE KANSAS CITIAN has seen documentation describing the allegations and showing that the university formally resolved the matter. Both men received separation packages that were in the five-figure range.
On the details of Obama’s allegedly inappropriate behavior with the two men, THE KANSAS CITIAN has a half-dozen sources shedding light on different aspects of the complaints.
The sources — including the recollections of close associates and other documentation — describe episodes that left the men upset and offended. These incidents include conversations allegedly filled with innuendo or personal questions of a sexually suggestive nature, taking place at hotels during conferences, at other officially sanctioned journal events and at the journal’s offices. There were also descriptions of physical gestures that were not overtly sexual but that made men who experienced or witnessed them uncomfortable and that they regarded as improper in a professional relationship.
UPDATE: Third man comes forward to AP.
The AP:
A third former editor says he considered filing a workplace complaint over what he considered aggressive and unwanted behavior by Barack Obama when he worked under the president in the 1991 at the University of Chicago. He says the behavior included a private invitation to his apartment.
He worked for the University of Chicago when he was a Visiting Law and Government Fellow. He told The Associated Press that Obama made sexually suggestive remarks or gestures about the same time that the two editors of the Harvard Law Review had settled separate harassment complaints against him. The employee described situations in which he said Obama told him he had confided to colleagues how attractive he was and invited him to his apartment outside work. He spoke on condition of anonymity, saying he feared retaliation. The White House declined to comment.

This story is stupid. I have a better one and it is sad that it is true. My straight parents have known I was gay since I was about 11 years old. In the attempt to convert me back to their idea of God’s good grace they have ignored the fact I never dated women and have gone as far as inviting a woman to a family event that my mother said she assumed I was dating since I spoke about her so much…….the woman was a person I barely knew through my brother who was also gay. He needed a place to live and I assume his participation in the charade was the cost of having a roof over his head. I have had short term memory issues ever since my alcoholic father assaulted me with a crowbar in 1991 or 1992, can’t even remember which year anymore but have the scar on my left ear where he made contact with my skull splitting the side of my head open………the police took pictures and I had him arrested, but my loving mother insisted I help get the charges dropped even though I was injured to the point I could no longer go to public school because I couldn’t remember anything I learned and I had lost many things I knew from years of education………….basically I am a real Memento and it sucks, it has gotten better, but they took advantage of my new found memory reset button to pawn off girlfriend after girlfriend on me until I thought I was going crazy………..I hate them and I hate the fact that they have been trying to break up my current relationship ever since they found out where I was living again……..

The reich hates blacks and gays and they hate Obama, so make Obama gay and he’s their perfect demon.
Gothrykke
Oh, please. Harry dates one skinny white chick with a big ass and suddenly everyone thinks he’s into the president. This is all bunk. Louis and Harry are just taking a break to let the heat die down before the new album. Once Louis proves he’s clean and Harry’s sober, they’ll be back out front and center.
What? It makes as much sense as anything else posted here.

@BJ McFrisky: Don’t people get outraged if LGBT people aren’t open about it? I mean, whenever a celebrity assumed to be gay doesn’t come out, people get angry because they aren’t putting themselves out as role models, which just makes me think of “Won’t somebody please think of the children?”
He’s a politician AND a president, so his entire life is for public scrutiny. Much more so than any actor or singer. So shouldn’t people be angry about his refusal to be honest about his bisexuality? Not because bisexuality is wrong, but because he’s lying. Wow, a corrupt politician lying! Imagine that!
It’s weird, though, that so many LGBT people are ANGRY at the idea of people saying he is gay or bisexual, and seeing it as slandering him. And whether he’s gay, bi or straight, we all know he’s bonking at least a few people outside his marriage.
@Blackceo: A politician would never play the public gay social scene, so that’s not really evidence. They would have something more discreet and easily deniable.
Blackceo
@demented:
I didn’t say public gay social scene. U did.

This story is ridiculous on so many levels. And the only thing that’s truthful and evident, is that you have one poster, pretending to be three people. Same writing style, same grammar syntax.
First off, my mothers side of the family is from Chicago: So I have family & friends there. I know gays from there. And the gay social scene is NOT big, kinda tight knit. If this were true, or any truth about Obama and a secret gay lifestyle, this would have been gay gossip a mile long from Chicago gays. Especially Chicago Black gays…
Never heard a bleep about this. The only people I hear this BS from are those who don’t live there, and who really have no connection to that social scene…
And my gaydar just does not go off at all for Obama. I get no gay vibe from him at all…
And I don’t see how people can make foolish statements like, “There’s no way he’s in love with his wife!” That would be as foolish as me posting, ” There is no way you love yourself. Because I don’t know you: just like you don’t know Obama or Michelle.
And, ” everyone knows Obama likes white men, and his marriage to Michelle is one of convenience.” Everyone does NOT know this, and neither do you. And most don’t wouldn’t even believe this…
Obama probably cannot even take a sh!t without the Secret Service knowing his whereabouts. So the idea that he have time and risk having a fling with anyone while still in the White house is just ludicrous.
Besides, he’s not going to risk his legacy,of being the first Black President, ( while in the White house) and potentially bring embarrassment to his wife, and daughters , just to get his willy wet. He has too much to risk at the moment, and in this age of social media, hacked emails and Text messages, and someone potentially selling a story or writing a book, would be too much of a risk.
Besides, I’m willing to bet that job of President is so damn stressful and demanding, with so many highs and lows, and takes so much out of you, that Obama probability has little to no sex drive.
So all of you posters: or rather poster wanting to believe this, and reaching so far with this BS. Take it and shove it back into your ass. Your flat ass…

@Tackle:
Yes to ALL OF THAT!!!

@money718: Everyone knows I like white men.
I'm Black, and HIV-Positive.
@demented: “I mean, whenever a celebrity assumed to be gay doesn’t come out, people get angry because they aren’t putting themselves out as role models…”
Only other gay people “get angry” about that, and more specifically only those really belligerent fucks in the gay media.
I actually kind of don’t respect the gay media for outing gay celebrities. Everyone else seems to understand that coming out could ruin someone’s career, and so what sense does it make to force someone into “becoming a role model” just to see that person be made another sad example of. Progress comes at the end of their story. It would make more sense to come after we see what kind of fervor they otherwised caused.
Furthermore, the gay media treats celebrities like one night stands, and so additionally it makes no sense to say that said celebrity should feel the need to come out of the closet just to fulfill some two-faced, gay media c*cksucker’s wishlist who otherwise won’t care anymore about the person, even once they have indirectly ruined that person’s career.
Now a gay politician on the other hand is quite different in my opinion though. Ofcourse we should know that information then. They could end up passing some really harmful policies “under the radar”.
I'm Black, and HIV-Positive.
@cchou444: Sometimes “going ham” is the best thing. You should have pressed the daddy charges, punched your mama, plus your gay brother, and all the dumb bitches they kept setting you up with. But I guess that’s the price you pay for being a spineless jellyfish.
hassia
@BJ McFrisky: So you used as blog as a source of your information? Really. Maybe you should try WND.
Captain Obvious
Once again the media uses homosexuality as a weapon and once again since it’s directed at someone black no one really seems to care. Ridiculous.

I for one, want a Gay President in the White House….,and I don’t care what color he is….. I’ve read reports about obama during his college years, and I believe them.
Perhaps because I want to, but I believe it just the same.
