Well, he’s done it again. Michael Phelps has got the entire internet salivating over a picture of himself that leaves little to the imagination.
The photo was taken during a recent appearance the Olympic medalist made on the Discovery Channel as part of Shark Week, during which he raced (and lost) against a great white shark.

That said, few people were actually watching the race. They were more distracted by what Phelps was sporting under his skintight wetsuit.

Bro no…testicles have nothing to do with it. I’m pre-med and can tell you the short answer is the baculum is usually slightly shorter on one side (as pointed out, in around 90% of cases). I’ve been all over Latin America and in places where people walk around naked in Brazil/never wear clothes like shorts or pants and you still see this. So, it has nothing to do with testicles, how you wear your clothes etc. It’s just genetics.
