CMT and iHeartRadio host Cody Alan came out as gay on Instagram a couple of weeks ago, but it appears he already knows his way around the proverbial block.
On Thursday, the 44-year-old father of two also revealed he’s in a relationship with a man, promptly introducing said man as occupational therapist Michael Smith.
