Love Island contestant Curtis Pritchard is opening up about his fluid sexuality, revealing that he “wouldn’t rule out” being with another dude.

Speaking to the Sun, Pritchard explains, “I’ve been with women and I’m with a woman now. You can never put a label on anything. It’s a cliche to say, but love is blind. I can never ever say what will happen in the future. I wouldn’t rule anything out.”

Pritchard paired off with Maura Higgins during the most recent season of the Love Island. He says she knows about his sexuality and it’s not an issue in their relationship.

“We can see a future together,” the 23-year-old ballroom dancer says. “We’ve both said the same thing, sort of, so that’s that really.”

Questions about Pritchard’s sexuality arose during the series when he engaged in a passionate lip lock with Tommy Fury, another contestant on the show, and told him that he loved him.

After the kiss aired, Pritchard’s mother defended her son to OK! Magazine, saying, “Curtis is comfortable enough in his sexuality to be confident in expressing himself. It doesn’t matter how other people perceive it.”

Meanwhile, his older brother, Strictly Come Dancing dancing pro AJ Pritchard, added: “It’s 2019. He can kiss Tommy on the lips. For us, it’s always about being happy.”

Both Curtis and AJ are slotted to appear on the upcoming U.K. edition of RuPaul’s Drag Race as dance coaches and choreographers.
