A man in Queensland, Australia has learned the hard way why you shouldn’t attempt to rape people. He had his penis bitten half-off after allegedly trying to ram it down another man’s throat early Sunday morning.
Neither of the men’s names have been released, so for the sake of clarity, we’ll refer to the alleged rapist as Man #1 and the alleged biter as Man #2.
The story goes like this: Man #1 met Man #2 at a nightclub on Saturday night. After pounding back a few drinks, they went back to Man #1’s apartment in Chermside, a suburb of Brisbane, Queensland. And that’s when things took a turn for the worst.
Shortly after arriving at the apartment, Man #2 alleges that Man #1 tried to pin him down and rape him. Man #2 said “No!” and when Man #1 wouldn’t listen, he retaliated by clamping his jaw down on his penis, sinking his teeth into the flesh and causing serious injury and severe bleeding, before fleeing the apartment.

Man #1 was arrested Monday and charged with two counts of rape.
Prosecutors have now filed a request for an “intimate examination” of Man #1’s penile injuries. They claim the examination is necessary for their case and that it must take place ASAP before the injuries heal.
But the defense is putting up a fight.
Man #1’s lawyer opposed the application, claiming that, under the law, the order could not be carried out for seven days.
“Seven days?” prosecutor Sgt. Scott Pearson told the court on Tuesday. “I mean, he has had a whole day already for the alleged aforementioned injury to heal. Seven further days? There would certainly be showers conducted and a lot of further healing … The examination needs to be done as soon as possible!”
A judge ruled that, under the law, Man #1 was, indeed, entitled to a seven day waiting period for the intimate examination to take place. In the mean time, he has been granted bail, but was ordered not to make any contact with Man #2.
The case was adjourned for the intimate examination to be conducted. It will resume again next Tuesday.

The good news is that Man #2 actually did something about the rape. He fought back, and then reported it. I wonder what percentage of male on male rapes are ever reported?

@Matt1961: Researchers say the percentage of m2m rapes that get reported is somewhere in the single digits. The crime itself is awful; the secrecy/culture around it is so much more awful.

Nothing in the article says that Man 2 had no idea what they had in mind. But there is such a thing as changing your mind especially if man 1 is into stuff (like dominance it seems) that man 2 is not into.
More often than I care to remember, I have gone to someone’s place only to leave shortly afterwards because the guy weirded me out one we got there. More than once, we were in bed and, when I realized that we were incompatible, I ended it then and there.
It’s called consent. And if at any time, either party withdraws consent, the party that seeks to extend the event is guilty of (attempted) rape.
