Becki Falwell, the wife of Jerry Falwell Jr., has broken her silence on the whole pool boy cuckolding sex scandal that blew up earlier this week.
In a new interview with the AP, Becki admits that she did, indeed, have an affair, though she stops short of identifying who it was with. She also calls the whole thing “embarrassing” and “humbling,” but she insists Jerry didn’t like to watch, as has been reported.
But the real kicker came when the 53-year-old evangelical Trump supporter scolded others for judging her and not being more forgiving of her sins.

“I wish Christians and people would be as forgiving as Christ was,” she lamented.
As a result of the scandal, Jerry was officially ousted from Liberty University this week.

His contract entitles him to a $10.5 million severance package, Falwell, 58, told The Washington Post late Tuesday — in part because he is departing from the university without being formally accused of or admitting to wrongdoing. Falwell said he will receive $2.5 million over 24 months, equivalent to two years’ salary. He agreed not to work for a competing university during that time. After two years, he will receive around $8 million in retirement. Falwell said he signed a 20-page contract in July 2019 that outlined the terms.
That’s quite a golden parachute. Not only did Becki get to bone the pool boy (while Jerry allegedly watched in his Speedo), but she and her husband are walking away with a whopping $10.5 million.
But it might not just be the pool boy.
In 2019, the Falwells quietly settled a lawsuit with another young man, Gordon Bello, who claims he had a “personal relationship” with Becki. Then there was that time in 2016 when the Falwells secretly gifted their 23-year-old personal trainer, Ben Crosswhite, 18-acres of land formerly owned by Liberty for no apparent reason.
Despite everything, Becki tells the AP that she and Jerry are “more in love than ever.”
“We have the strongest relationship,” she insists, “and Jerry is the most forgiving person I’ve ever met.”

Also, the board of Liberty University is handing Fallwel a 10 million dollar severance. That means they support what he did, because if he was fired for cause there is no reason to hand him that money.
ANY employee of Liberty U that was fired for any morality issue needs to sue if they weren’t also given a severance package equal to several years of their salary.

He will start a megachurch and may not make over $1 million/year but maybe $600,000, especially in the low-income parts of the southeast, is a good income. Many years ago there was a very conservative married televangelist who became the head of the evangelical churches association [or whatever it is called]. He was very anti-LGBTQ. He was the darling of the right wing and maybe on a first name basis with the leading Republicans.
The evangelist was very successful in projecting the image of a Christian leader who was a warrior in the fight against the LGBTQ folks seeking basic rights. Unbeknown to his supporters and pretty much everyone else he was not only having sex with a man whom I think was a professional male sex worker but he was doing drugs. The sex worker had more decency than the Evangelical leader and decided to go public with his relationship with the preacher.
Like Jerry Jr the good Christian denied everything and his wife stood by him. However, it reached the point where it was obvious that he was enjoying not only sex but, apparently, drugs. He resigned and enrolled in a program to get rid of his interests in same gender sex. I don’t recall now how many months the program was but after a very short period of time he decided that he had enough and quit the program.
The last that I read about him was that he was starting a new church somewhere. Of course, his wife was the dutiful Christian preacher’s wife and did not leave him. If the church is successful they are likely living a life that may not be as grand as before but comfortable.
It would be good if Becki did what Tammy Faye did when Jimmy Bakker went to prison for pocketing money that was not his. She divorced him. The last that I read of Jimmy was that he got in trouble for pitching some cure, or preventive chemicals for coronavirus. I think Jimmy also started a church.

Oh WE should all be more forgiving to the pervy son of a pastor. That is rich from the pervy wife. Falwell’s daddy was no angel. When Jerry Sr. was put in temporary charge of Jim Bakker’s church when Bakker was caught cheating on his wife,Jerry Sr. tried stealing the company from Bakker. Evangelicals are the MOST unforgiving Christian sect in the history of the world. Most of them are far, far-right Conservatives. But WE should forgive them. Typical hypocrisy from those Christians and the Repukians.
