A gay farmer decided to record himself having a dance party with his goats in his barn to the tune of Sia’s ‘Cheap Thrills’ because, hey, why the hell not?

50-year-old Jay Lavery is the owner of Permaculture Inn farm in upstate New York. He lives in the tiny town of Sharon Springs (pop. 544), which just so happens to have a gay mayor. Jay practices permaculture design, a more sustainable, ecologically-friendly way of farming, and raises chickens, turkeys, dairy goats, sheep, ducks and guinea fowl.

Before retreating into pastoral life, Jay lived in New York City and worked as a flight attendant, translator, and standup comedian. To date, his video been viewed over 8 million times with over 75k shares, 22k comments, and almost 100k likes.
