Charlie Crist Not Yet Done With Attacking What He Used To Strongly Believe In

“We all know the hard-right tack they have taken of late,” says Florida Gov. Charlie Crist of the Republican Party, of which he most recently belonged, but now supports his challenger Marco Rubio for a U.S. Senate seat. “I think they want fossil fuel, for example. I think they want to get into women’s private lives and tell them what they can do with their bodies. I think that they want to punish teachers, for whatever reason. Maybe they want more testing for testing companies. I don’t understand.” The Sun-Sentinal describes his remarks as an example of Crist continuing his attack on the GOP, but really it’s an example of Charlie Crist continuing his attack on his own political record.

He supported that hard right turn until they booted him out of his seat.

It’s funny, it’s like an Indian American, or a Latino American supporting laws that discriminate against black people, then being shocked a year later when laws are passed discriminating against them.

Charlie, you lied down with dogs, and woke up with some very big fleas.
