Comedian Rush Limbaugh, who tells the jokes on the radio, has made no secret of his fixation on anuses. Little did we know he also likes to talk about male genitalia.

To his credit, Mr. Limbaugh — seen here doing a lackluster “Shocker” — focuses in on the greatest penis in all of America: Barack Obama’s.

During a completely rational debate on hip-hop — Limbaugh was responding to Jay-Z namedropping him in “Off That,” where the rapper politely asked him “to get off my balls” — the radio host urged Jigga to turn his attention elsewhere: “I would remind the rapper Jay-Z, Mr. Z, it is President Obama who wants mandated circumcision. We had that yesterday. That means if we need to save our penises from anybody, it’s Obama.”
