Another day, another professional athlete dodging gay sex rumors. This time, it’s P.J. Hall of the Oakland Raiders.
Earlier this week, an amateur model by the name of Malik Joseph claimed on Instagram that he and Hall were gay lovers and that he had text messages to prove it.

A rep for Hall put out a statement accusing Joseph of making “defamatory and slanderous accusations” against the NFLer, adding that Joseph has a “history of extorting men.”
How about we take this to the next level?
Our newsletter is like a refreshing cocktail (or mocktail) of LGBTQ+ entertainment and pop culture, served up with a side of eye-candy.
The rep did not say whether Hall plans to pursue legal action against the Only Fans model.
Of course, this hardly the first, and certainly won’t be the last, time this sort of thing has happened.
Here are five other pro-athletes who have found themselves embroiled in questionable gay sex scandals…
Ray Allen
The retired NBA player found himself the target of gay rumors in 2017 when a man came forward claiming to have engaged in a three-year romantic relationship with him. Allen responded by denying the affair and accusing the man of stalking, then filed for a restraining order. In his court filing, he said the man “obviously has some serious issues with understanding the difference between fact and fantasy.”

Aaron Rodgers
Speculation that the Green Bay Packers quarterback was in a long-term relationship with his personal assistant/roommate first arose in 2013. Rodgers never addressed the rumors, but his Evangelical father allegedly did. In response, Aaron’s pop (or someone pretending to be him) put out a statement calling the whole thing “disgusting” and saying his son was “engaged to a beautiful Christian woman”, though he never identified who the woman was and the wedding never actually happened.
Kordell Stewart
The former Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback has spent the greater part of his career denying that he’s gay, but in 2015 things got extra weird when Andrew Caldwell, best known for his breathless pulpit proclamation “I’m not gay no more!”, announced he and Stewart were lovers. Stewart responded by telling TMZ he’s 100% heterosexual, adding, “There’s no room in my personality for that lifestyle. It’s not what I believe in.”

Tim Duncan
After the NBA All-Star’s marriage crumbled in 2013, rumors began swirling that he was secretly bisexual and had been “messing around” with his best friend from college, for whom he purportedly bought a million-dollar condo to keep as a love nest. Unfortunately, we’ll never know for sure since a gag order was placed on the divorce proceedings.

After the ex-Patriots player/convicted murderer was found dead in his prison cell in 2017, reports that he had a gay jailhouse lover lit up the blogosphere. Later, a man claiming to be Hernandez’s high school boyfriend came forward to share his story about their relationship. Hernandez’s brother Jonathan also came forward to say Aaron “struggled” with his sexuality. The only person who didn’t seem to think the ex-NFL star maybe probably had a thing for guys was his bereaved fiancee, who told Dr. Phil he was “very much a man”.

The best way to get even with a “model” with a FansOnly page is to report them to the IRS. Thats correct, the IRS. You see, if you receive compensation (money) for your advertisement then you are subject to pay taxes on those EARNINGS. Let them all see the importance of not throwing stones when they themselves are living in glass houses.
truckproductions
huh? does one of them have a fansonly?
iamru2
Ugh enough with the murdering coward thug Hernandez!

Some other folks were left off this list, including at least 1 person Queerty has covered, like:
–current NBA center Dwight Howard faced accusations last fall from a gay man he was dating, who claimed Howard harassed him; the man allegedly had audio recordings and screen caps and also claimed Howard had hooked up with a transwoman;
–former NY Jets star Kerry Rhodes, whose personal assistant appeared in video and lots of photos of them cuddling, holding hands, etc. Rhodes denied the relationship and married a woman, but the marriage lasted about 6 months. Another man also outed Rhodes, allegedly sharing text messages and so on.
–former NY Knicks center Eddy Curry was accused of sexually harassing his male limo driver and approaching him in the nude, etc.
–former NY Yankees star catcher Mike Piazza was alleged to have had a relationship with a NY-area male TV meteorologist.
For years there have been rumors that Troy Aikman, the Dallas Cowboys Hall of Fame QB, is gay.
Also, Aaron Rodgers did publicly deny gay rumors in 2013, telling ESPN, “I’m not gay. I really, really like women. That’s all I can say about that.”

Any nutcase can “accuse” anyone of anything. Furthermore, isn’t it about time that we quit this nonsense and let people date who they want? It’s no wonder that men shy away from the gay like the plague because of the gotcha attitudes of the gay press, which is in itself quite homophobic.
Zambos271
Aaron Rodgers’ story seemed more plausible than some of the others. His friend/assistant attending awards shows with him, the guy proudly wore his Superbowl ring, and I think they lived together.

The NFL is full of men who have homosexual impulses. These impulses are natural and widespread. But they hide them because women are offended by them.
dwes09
If women are so offended by them, how come so many seem to like gay porn? How come so many authors of gay romance novels are women? How come the major consumer of Japanese gay romance comics are women? How come bachelorette parties at gay bars have become so popular?
Your “theory” has little congruence with reality.

If that’s Ray Allen’s personal living space, I’ve got some questions about that decor…

Like who cares if their Bi, gay, DL. Let them sleep with whoever they want. Who are we to judge. I’m sure everyone in this world is not squeaky clean and have some skeletons. Wow! We need to find better & more prosperous subjects to talk about in this decisive world we live in.
