Italian footballer celebrates big win by ripping off his pants

Meet Andrea Petagna.

The tattooed 22-year-old joined Italy’s under-21 squad for the 2017 UEFA European Under-21 Championship back in June. After winning the semifinals against a German team, he did what any excited young striker would do: he ripped off his pants and went running across the field.

The entire crowd at Stadion Cracovia in Kraków, Poland got to see an eyeful of the football player in his tighty whiteys. And now, thanks to all the wonderful folks with cameras, the rest of the world gets to see, too.

E siamo in semifinale…non molliamo mai ? cuore, voglia, determinazione, ora testa alla Spagna. ????????

As Freud might have said: “Just ‘not my type’ would have sufficed.” (Not my type either.)

After one game in Rome, the players had all already given away their shirts, so a several fans surrounded a player and made him give up his shorts as well. (Unfortunately, he wearing underwear.)
